Do you have the need to investigate the properties you manage?

As a property manager you may have responsibility over your clients water systems. This depends on whether contractually you have been given responsibility. If you have you must investigate these systems and ensure that they meet the regulatory standards.

If you do not have contractual responsibility it may be prudent to advise your clients on what they can do to ensure that the systems are maintained.
